- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed once driver/vehicle details or a confirmation message is shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
2. Pricing & Fares
- One-Way Fares: Fares are calculated based on the distance (in kilometers) between the pickup and drop points, alongside applicable minimum billing limits.
- Additional Charges: Toll fees, state entry taxes, permit fees, and parking charges are not included in the base fare unless explicitly stated, and must be paid by the customer directly or added to the final bill.
- Driver Bata / Allowance: Driver allowances are applicable for outstation trips or overnight journeys as communicated during booking.
